Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned fashion pieces, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
